Our Mission
Interprofessional Relationship Outreach Network (IRON) serves to grow the Texas A&M Health disciplines together for the betterment of our schools, our practices, and the communities we serve. Interprofessional collaboration allows patients and populations to receive the most optimal healthcare experience. With coordination and communication across all disciplines, care for our populations will improve in areas of quality, reduction of errors, and overall ability to serve diverse populations.
The Interprofessional Relationship Outreach Network (IRON) will allow Texas A&M Health students to grow within their discipline to better understand the importance of interprofessional development. IRON will help sharpen interprofessional collaboration across all colleges of Texas A&M Health to better prepare each student entering each respective healthcare discipline.
